At Sushi Florist, we strive to accommodate a wide range of budgets while maintaining the quality and experience we’re known for. Our all-inclusive minimum investment begins at $1,550, and we offer three thoughtfully designed tiers to match your event size, preferences, and price point.

Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we’ll work with you to create a customized sushi experience that fits your vision.

Tier 1- Premium Experience

Our highest level offering. Tier 1 features top-grade Japanese and international fish, including premium selections sourced at peak quality. We use exceptional nori and rice, along with fresh produce from Specialty Produce. This tier is designed for clients who want the very best ingredients and a true high-end sushi experience.

Tier 2 - Elevated Quality

Tier 2 maintains a level of fish quality that exceeds most sushi bars, while offering more cost-efficient selections than Tier 1. For example, we may serve premium bigeye or yellowfin tuna rather than bluefin. This tier strikes a balance between exceptional quality and value.

Tier 3 - High-Volume Events

Ideal for larger gatherings or events with hundreds of guests, Tier 3 delivers sushi comparable to the top 90% of sushi bars in San Diego. It allows us to maintain quality while scaling efficiently for larger parties and tighter budgets.
